Caroline Crystal is a NASA Lifelines Senior Fellow and current Master's student at Princeton University, where she focuses on science policy and international development. Previously, Caroline worked for the Humanitarian Research Lab at the Yale School of Public Health (Yale HRL), where she delivered geospatial intelligence for humanitarian early warning and response and documented violations of international law in Ukraine and Sudan, including for the State Department's Conflict Observatory program. Caroline also previously worked with the DEVELOP Program at NASA's Ames Research Center, using earth observations to assess air pollution and associated public health impacts in Harris County, Texas. Most recently, Caroline was a Graduate Fellow with the International Organization for Migration (IOM)'s Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, where she helped model climate-related displacement risk and support adaptation solutions.
