SatSummit is heading to St. Louis on November 18-19, 2026, and we're inviting the community to help shape this year's program.
Each year, SatSummit brings together leaders from across Earth observation, satellite technology, government, humanitarian organizations, research, and industry to explore how satellite data can address some of the world's most pressing challenges. Our goal is to create an agenda that balances technical depth with practical impact and encourages honest conversations across disciplines.
We're seeking proposals for:
- Technical presentations
- Case studies
- Lessons learned
- Panel discussions
- Cross-sector discussions
- Emerging ideas and research
Submit your idea
Whether you're building new technology, applying Earth observation in the field, shaping policy, or navigating the challenges of bringing satellite data into operational decision making, we'd love to hear your perspective.
What we're looking for
The strongest SatSummit sessions don't just showcase a project. They share lessons, ask difficult questions, and create opportunities for meaningful discussion.
We're especially interested in talks that:
- Share practical experience, successes, and failures
- Bridge technology and real-world application
- Offer thoughtful perspectives on where the industry is headed
- Bring together a breadth of viewpoints
- Encourage conversation rather than promotion
What we're not looking for
SatSummit is a community-driven event. We do not accept sales pitches, product demos, or promotional presentations.
Speaker selection is independent of sponsorship. Sponsorship helps make SatSummit possible, but it does not influence our choice of speakers or session topics.
Important Dates
Call for Speakers opens: August 5, 2026
Submission deadline: September 5, 2026
Speaker notifications: No later than September 30th, 2026
If you have an idea that would spark an engaging conversation, we'd love to hear it.
