Nancy Colleton is the President of the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), an organization dedicated to improving understanding of the changing planet through observations, science, and education. Colleton’s work focuses on researching private sector use of NASA, NOAA, and other U.S. Government data for climate risk, agriculture, finance, health, wildfires, and water. She serves on the National Space Council Users’ Advisory Group and participates on numerous boards and advisory groups. Her work has been published in The Washington Post, Huffington Post, Physics Today, the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. Always one to contribute to positive change, she considers the 2016 launch of the #NatureForAll campaign as one of her greatest accomplishments. The campaign is now supported by more than 700 organizations worldwide and sponsored through the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
