Marc is the CEO at GRID3, where he partners with governments in sub-Saharan Africa to help them apply spatial data innovations in achieving their highest-priority goals. He previously served as the Director of the GRID3 program at Columbia Climate School and the Deputy Director at the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN), Columbia University. Marc holds a Masters in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
